Day 1: Hanoi Arrival
Welcome to Vietnam!
Upon arrival, our guide will meet you at Hanoi Noi Bai International Airport and take you to your hotel. The rest of the day is for you to take a good rest or have a leisure walk around to have a glimpse of the city.
Stay overnight in Hanoi.
Day 2: Hanoi to Sapa
Today you need to get up early to take a 5-hour driving from Hanoi to Sapa. You can enjoy the beautiful views of northwest mountains.
Arriving in Sapa at noon, you will check in at the hotel and take a rest or explore the surroundings at your leisure.
Stay overnight in Sapa.
Day 3: Sapa Day Tour
Today you will enjoy a full-day excursion to the north villages. First, you will visit Muong Hoa Valley. Form the top you can have a panorama view of the hilltop town. And then you will take a little trek through the terrace rice fields to get to a small village of Y Linh Ho hamlet, where the Black Hmong people live.
After visiting Y Linh Ho village, you will trek along the river to get to Lao Chai Village, where you can visit some local families to closely experience the local life style.
In the afternoon, you will move on the Ta Van Village to experience the local culture that is different from the other hill tribes.
After the tour, you will get back to Sapa Town.

Day 4: Sapa to Hanoi
In the morning, you will trek to Cat Cat Village at the foot of Fansipan Mountain. It is a small but bustling village where H’mong people live. You can visit local families and see how clothing being made in their traditional way.
Then, you will trek to Sin Chai to see traditional wooden houses built suring the indigenous Pumu tree.
After the tour, you will take a drive back to Hanoi.

Day 5: Hanoi
Today’s tour starts with a visit to the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and Museum. Then, you will visit the tranquil Temple of Literature.
In the afternoon, you will visit the Ethnology Museum.
At the end of today’s tour, you will explore the Old Quarter, the bustling area of narrow open streets and alleys.

Day 6: Hanoi to Halong Bay
After breakfast, you will transfer to Halong Bay, the spectacular World Heritage-listed site. You will board a traditional wooden junk boat and explore the jade waters studded with karst islands.
After lunch onboard, you will visit Trinh Nu Cave to see the stunning array of stalactites and stalagmites.
Then, you can go to swim or kayak as you like in the free time.

Day 7: Halong Bay to Hoi An via Da Nang
In the morning, you can join a T’ai Chi class on the deck of the Junk boat. The time before we leave for the airport is your free time.
Then, you will transfer to Hanoi airport for your flight to Da Nang. Our local guide will pick you up at Da Nang airport and drive you to Hoi An in about 1 hour.

Day 8: Hoi An
Today you will enjoy a full-day tour in Hoi An, the most atmospheric town in Vietnam. Strolling through the old town, you can get a close look at traditional Chinese, Japanese, and local Vietnamese architectures, experience the colorful local markets, and visit ancient temples.
You will visit the Chua Ong Pagoda, Chinese Assembly Hall, 200-year-old Tam Ky House, former merchants’ homes, and the 400-year-old Japanese Covered Bridge. Also, you can visit the colorful local markets to experience the local’s life.

Day 9: Hoi An
Today you will enjoy a free time in this delightful old town. You can take a bike tour to the gorgeous surrounding countryside, or take up a cooking class in the town.

Day 10: Hoi An to Hue via Da Nang
After breakfast, you will visit My Son Holy Land, where a large complex of religious relics is. You will explore the ruins of ancient temples and towers of the Champa Kingdom between the 4th and 12th centuries.
Then, you will continue your journey to Hue via the Mandarin Road. You can enjoy the beautiful views over the South China Sea outside of Hue by passing through the Hai Van Pass.

Day 11: Hue
Today’s tour starts with a cyclo tour to the Thang Long Imperial Citadel, a former home to Nguyen emperors that lists as UNESCO heritage site in 2010.
Then, you will visit Thien Mu Pagoda, the best-preserved religious monument in Hue.
The afternoon is free for you to explore the ancient town on your own.

Day 12: Hue to Ho Chi Minh City
After breakfast, you will get to take a morning flight from Hue to Ho Chi Minh City, also known as Saigon.
Upon arrival, your local guide will meet you at the airport and send you to your hotel to check in and leave your luggage.
Then, you will head to Dong Khoi Area to explore the highlights of Ho Chi Minh City. You will walk to the Opera House and the former Hotel de Ville, visit the Notre Dame Cathedral and the Central Post Office, and wander up to the War Remnants Museum to gain a glimpse of the war.
Your last sight for today is the Ben Thanh Market, where you can deeply feel the lifestyle of the old Saigon.

Day 13: Side Trip to the Mekong Delta
Today, you will take a full-day trip to the Mekong Delta. After breakfast, you will first take a drive to My Tho, the gateway of the Mekong Delta to visit a distinctive Vinh Trang Temple.
Then, you will head to My Tho and transfer into a motor boat for a cruise along the Mekong River. You will enjoy the landscape of the Mekong Delta and visit a local family on a small island to see how the local’s life is and taste the fresh fruits, honey tea, and honey wine with the family.
After your Mekong Delta tour, you will get back to Ho Chi Minh City.
